DOLLARS RECEIVED AND RETURNED

Since 2000, there has been a steady increase in both the amount of unclaimed property dollars received by the state from holders, and the amount of these unclaimed assets returned to the rightful owners. The following graphs show the relation of received and returned dollars within Indiana since 2000. The state returned the highest amount of unclaimed assets to Hoosiers in 2006.
